PRECAST CONCRETE PANELS
Precast concrete wall panels is a cost-effective alternative to the brick and mortar walling system and does not require as much labour. Advantages of precast concrete panels include speed of construction, cost-savings and durability. A builder can save up to 90 per cent of the time taken to put up a similar project using conventional construction methods; while saving costs by between 30% to 40%.
Interlocking Blocks
Interlocking blocks allows a mason to construct using minimal cement slurry between them. These blocks are used as an inexpensive alternative to walls build with standard 220mm blocks. The applications can be framed building walls – internal /external, boundary walls etc. Twin Bricks can be made from Interlocking Block making machine using special mould. These bricks are practically double of standard brick with beveled / champhered edges for better aesthetics and handling.
